I have quite the library for depression & anxiety. During depression, you don’t feel like doing much with anyone. However, for me, I knew I wanted to get better and if God could somehow use books to help get me there, I was in!  I want to share the five that had the longest-lasting effect. There were some I read because they were “homework” assigned by my counselor, so I obliged. And there were some that I read that were specific to the cause of that particular depression. But these five I would recommend to ANYONE for EVERY depression. If you are battling it right now and you don’t have the means to get these, will you shoot me an email at heather@wondherful.com? Thanks.
