After yesterday’s post, “5 Tactics for the Mental Battle,” several peeps emailed asking for the list of books I’ve read during my dark hours. I’ve battled both anxiety and depression, and although there are good books prescribed for each, this is my all-time-favorite, all-around list for any mental battle. I hope this helps. I pray for each of you. Remember, you are stronger than what is trying to make you weaker.
